How does the free trial work?
Create an account, name your workspace, and the 14-day trial starts — every feature unlocked, no credit card. If it's not for you, walk away; we won't chase you.
What counts as a workspace?
One workspace is one business: its jobs, clients, emails, staff and settings. If you run two separate businesses, they'd each get their own workspace, and you can switch between them with one login.
Do you charge per user?
No. Add your whole crew — office and site — under the one workspace price. We'd rather your installers actually use the app than have you ration logins.
Does the AI send anything without me knowing?
No. The AI drafts and suggests; you approve. The one optional exception is auto-linking emails to jobs when confidence is high, which is off by default and per-workspace. Everything the AI does is logged on the job's activity timeline.
What happens to my email? Do you take over my inbox?
No. Gmail connections are read-only, and the forwarding address only receives what you choose to send it. Your mail stays wherever it lives now — JobStack just makes sense of the copy it sees.
Can my site crew see job pricing?
Not unless you want them to. The staff role sees only the jobs they're crewed on, their tasks and their schedule — no clients, no money, no inbox.
What do I need to get set up?
An email address and about ten minutes. Connect Gmail or set up forwarding, add your pipeline stages (or keep the defaults), invite your team. There's no data migration project — the system fills up as email flows in.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page, any time, through the Stripe portal — no phone call, no retention script. Your data stays available until the end of the billing period.
Is my data safe?
Workspaces are strictly isolated, roles limit who sees what inside your business, and payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card details. Your job data is yours.
