Common questions
Does everyone need a login to be scheduled?
No. Anyone on your team list can be booked onto jobs and tasks. Give someone a login only when they’ll use the app themselves.
Does it create invoices or connect to Xero?
No. JobStack tracks a job’s value, variations, expenses and labour, and you can note what’s been invoiced and paid — but invoices are created in your accounting software. There’s no Xero connection today.
Can I use it without connecting email or using AI?
Yes. Jobs, schedules, tasks, the app and costs all work without email or AI. Connect them whenever you’re ready.
What can my team see?
Access follows each person’s role. Team members see the jobs, tasks and bookings they’re assigned to, but not job financials — values, prices, costs or margins. Files marked Office only are kept from them too; a file shared with everyone on the job, or with a task they’re on, is visible to them.
